Bucks County Family Photographer: The "W" Family

This family is near and dear to my heart. I've know Heather for several years now and have grown to known her family, too. We share a love for camping and craft beer. Seriously, is there anything more that can bond two families than beer and camping?? (I kid, I kid). Heather and Steve bought a new home this past spring. It was a long emotional process, as many of us face, dealing with buying and selling. Since settling in, the kids have transitioned seamlessly and couldn't seem happier. Apart of their new home is their garden. They've spent hours and hours learning about vegetables, how to grow them (and keep them... deer!), and make them into delicious meals.

When Heather contacted me about getting pictures done this fall, we talked about doing a lifestyle session. I told her to think about a couple things they love to do as a family, and do often. Lifestyle photography is all about telling your story. So, she picked reading and gardening. I couldn't have been happier! In addition to these two fabulous ideas, we added in some playing in the leaves and the very important family portraits, of course!

Check out this awesome, awesome session. Thank you all so much for inviting me into your new home. I WILL be staying for dinner very soon (and maybe bringing a few extra people with me). It was just an absolute pleasure!

Oh, and don't miss Yukon! He's their loyal, 10 year old black lab. If I could date a dog, he'd be it. Such a love!
